The short version
This notice explains what Euphoria Wins coverage on this portal involves in terms of your data – not what the operator itself collects once you register on its own platform. We run an independent information site about the brand; euphoriawins.org.uk is the data controller for anything gathered here, and we do not sell personal data to anyone. If you want the short answer: we collect basic technical information automatically, plus whatever you choose to send us through the contact form, and nothing more.
You should be 18 or over (18+) to use this site, in line with the responsible gambling standards it applies throughout.
Data you hand over versus data we observe
Two categories cover almost everything we hold. The first is data you actively give us – your name and email address if you write to [email protected], and any details you include in that message. The second is data collected automatically as you browse: your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed and referring links, gathered through standard analytics and cookie technology.
- Contact-form submissions – name, email, message content
- Technical and log data – IP address, browser, device, approximate location
- Cookie identifiers – covered in full in our separate cookie policy
- No payment, account or gambling-activity data – we don't run a casino and never collect it
We process this to run the site, answer enquiries, understand which pages are useful, and keep the portal secure. The lawful bases we rely on are legitimate interest (site operation and analytics) and consent (non-essential cookies and any marketing you opt into).
Processors and transfers
Where third parties process data on our behalf – hosting providers, analytics tools, advertising partners – they act as processors under contract, bound to use the data only for the purpose we specify. Some of these providers may be based outside the UK; where that happens, transfers rely on recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. We do not pass visitor data to Euphoria Wins or any other operator we write about – our relationship with them is editorial, not commercial data-sharing.
Exercising your rights
Under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to access, correct, erase or restrict the data we hold about you, to receive it in a portable format, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time where consent is the basis used. None of this affects processing carried out before you withdraw it.
- Email [email protected] describing which right you want to exercise
- We confirm your identity where needed and log the request
- You'll normally hear back within one month, as required by law
If you're unhappy with how we've handled a request, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, the UK's independent supervisory authority for data protection.
Retention and under-18s
We keep contact-form correspondence only as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, then delete it. Automatically collected technical data is retained on a similarly limited basis and is not kept indefinitely.
This site is not directed at, and does not knowingly collect data from, anyone under 18. Gambling-related content of any kind carries an inherent age restriction, and if a shared household device is a concern, tools such as Net Nanny or Qustodio can help restrict access for younger users. If we learn that a minor has submitted personal data to us, we will delete it.
This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or the law; the current version applies from the date it is published. For anything else about how this portal is run, contact [email protected].
